Apologies
Well folks,I've been absent for a couple of weeks, one was vacation. The second was adjusting to life's hectic schedule again. It seems like I need a vacation to recover from my vacation. More to come including pictures of the wild ponies of Carrot Island, and an after dinner coffee story that makes me realize how much I can't handle alcohol any longer.
On a more important note, Kerr Lake Oly was today, and everything was perfect. First one at this distance. A full race report with pics will follow as well. My triathlon world just got smaller...
